We Secure Healthcare ("we," "us," or "our") operates wesecurehealthcare.com, a marketing platform that connects consumers with licensed health insurance agents and agencies. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the federal Health Insurance Marketplace or Healthcare.gov.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code, along with the consent language you agreed to and the time of submission. We also automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and the URL that referred you to our site, using cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Connect you with licensed insurance agents and agencies who can help you evaluate health insurance options;
- Contact you by phone, email, and (if you separately consented) text message about health insurance products and services;
- Operate, analyze, and improve our website and advertising;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Sharing of Information
With your consent, we share the contact information you submit with the licensed insurance agents, agencies, and marketing partners identified on our Marketing Partners page so they can contact you about health insurance products. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms), and when required by law.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with our text messaging service providers (aggregators and platforms) to the extent necessary to deliver those messages.
5. Advertising, Cookies & Analytics
We use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, which collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and deliver relevant advertising. Checking the box constitutes your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Revoking consent.You may revoke your consent at any time and through any reasonable means, including replying "STOP" to any text message, stating during any call that you no longer wish to be contacted, or emailing us at the address below. We will honor revocation requests within ten (10) business days as required by FCC rules.

Text messaging consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox and is never required to receive our services. If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from We Secure Healthcare at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 7. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. 8. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
