4. Communications Consent (TCPA)

Where you submit a form and check the applicable consent boxes, you provide prior express written consent — and your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act — authorizing the communications described in that consent language, from We Secure Healthcare and the partners identified on our Marketing Partners page, including calls and texts placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial/prerecorded voice, even if your number appears on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked at any time through any reasonable means; revocations are honored within ten (10) business days.

• Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
